To register for Religious School, please complete the for below.

This year we are piloting a new program for completing your Medical Auhtorization Form.  Parents will be asked to review the form(s) they completed last year.  They will then have the opportunity to update any old information and initial and date it for this year.  These forms will be available for review and initialing on opening day of Religious School. 

If you are new to Or Chadash Religious School, you will have the opportunity to complete this form at this time as well.  If you child has a medical condition you would like to alert us to before opening day, please contact our administrator, Jaimee Gold.
